I know Sobrenation came into being at a different time, but I am wondering if you have any advice on how to find a team, how to find the right developer, how to protect your idea, the stepping stones that you can take to bring visions from infancy to reality? I am wanting to create a directory website but also bring it into an app format. I am not tech savy and will need to reach out to developer services to get this venture going, however I am scared to share my idea with strangers while it is in it's infancy. Especially with developers who have the know how to bring it into fruition themselves....
