I've tortured my old 13500 XBull winch and I've just upgraded to the new model because it will fit on my Arcus bumper better with the new control box. Can't wait to see if this one lives up to the old one I have.

XBull team, How many working amperes battery disconnect switch you suggest on 14500 lbs winch? For 12v 90ah battery? 400A, 500, 600? Or 300?

Where is the customer service? I purchased this xpv winch two weeks ago on amazon. Im having issues with the wired remote smoking when plugged in. Everything is wired correct to the diagram and works wirelessly but the remote when plugged in starts smoking. No one ever answers the phone or replies to my emails at xbull!?? Whats the deal?

I was 👌🏻 close to buying this winch; instead of the Rough Country Pro 12, 000 but I’ve seen so many bad reviews about their : X Bull 13, 000 and it’s making me think. This might be a newer version of that. But more powerful, therefore it’s gonna brake it’s box compartment faster than the 13, 000. So sad it looks So good ! Ugh. I lowkey wanted the XBull13, 500 but i doubt it’s gonna hold up.
