This used to be a world class Ford Plant, now it is simply a shadow of its former self. At one time people could earn good livings working there, not any longer.

Nothing like a bunch of lies. Why don't you tell people how bad you treat your employees. While your at it tell him how you are cutting the employees pay or about the employee harassment. Faurecia is the last place you want to work.

Worst plant i've ever worked at. Had 5 years of seniority at my other job and gave it up for this nightmare. Glad im not there anymore. Most hostile work environment and communication ever.
