I followed your clear instructions step by step and the first group copied only show in my User Presets. I then followed the advice given to Expat Photographer below and copied the whole folder to the Settings folder under Adobe. I can see that they are copied there but they do not show up on the folder list in Lightroom. Kindly advise what I am doing wrong. I am running the latest version of Lightroom.

Good video for installing presets, but you included it with the sample white preset which wasn't a preset. It is a .dng file.
