Very nice selection. I wear designers more often to be honest. They usually have subjective simplicity and versatility, which are useful for working atmosphere you have everyday. Regarding niche, I would pick several scents which fit my taste perfectly.
For ex. :

Burlington 1819 is freshie made niche. Yes the cumin makes its challenging but its also why it smells so elegant and opulent. Natural smelling citrus with that character due to the cumin and all the other notes that contribute to the scent but are all in the background just allows this scent to be citrus but sophisticated.

Great list. I recently bought Burlington 1819 at a very attractive price. And for the money I “saved”, I just blind bought Kajal Aïcan. 😅 I’ve only heard good things about it.
