Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
6 each sweet potatoes, peeled and cut
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup pecan pieces
1 bag mini marshmallows
Peel and cut sweet potatoes, steam until soft on 212 degrees, 100% humidity, fan 4 for about 15-20 mins.
Add sweet potatoes to a bowl and mash, then combine with brown sugar and half the pecans.
Transfer to serving dish and top with marshmallows.
For a toasted flavor torch top of marshmallows or bake for 10 mins at 350 or until brown.
