Do you still think that there are no enough challenging step classes around? You haven’t tried Lenka’s step!

Each class uses:

- different didactic construction methods
- different didactic progressions and strategies
- different sequences and steps

There’s always some surprise. You never know. You can’t predict anything.

Classes are an hour in length.
Classes are complete, including a warm up, cool down and stretching.
You can participate live, or, if you prefer, you can do the classes on playback.
Each workout will remain available for 3 months.

Our step coreo classes are excellent for toning your muscles, improving cardiovascular health and burning excess calories.

However, the best benefit is mental health. YOU WILL FEEL REBORN!

You are the best step choreographer I have come across, absolutely amazing motivating steps, you break them down brilliantly so people can follow. You are right it is not just exercise, your choreography it is an art, skill and passion and requires talent which you have. I have no words to say how brilliant you are, no other step instructor does this kind of choreography. Love you, never stop motivating, it helps with my depression your classes and gives me reason to live and keep going when I’m low. So you do more than what doctors and medicine does

Ciao, non avevo mai fatto step coreografico. All'inizio è stato complicato, una lezione di 30 minuti durava più di un'ora tra pause per rivedere la sequenza ma, con il tuo modo di insegnare, la tua simpatia, sono riuscita a migliorare fino ad eseguire quello avanzato. Mi alleno tutto i giorni. Ti ringrazio e, spero, di vedere qualche video nuovo. 🤗

Hello best step choreography I have ever seen, so creative and so much more than just stepping, it is like a dance performance. Thank you for putting this on YouTube and motivating others to do it. You also use great music which is also important but I wish you listed all the songs because you only list a few. I try to Shazam but doesn’t always work, what tune is on 21:35 in this video please.
