I have just bought the Sennheiser PXC 550 after doing a lot of endless searches which headphone I should get. Noise cancelling is great for me, sound quality is superb, and it's comfort is great. Absolutely no regrets.

I travel a lot and work at cafes. I need to drown out the background and make calls. Overheads always gave me headaches so I knew higher end was the only way.
Audiophiles should just buy the Sony 1000mx3. There just no contest.
But for work and travel, Bose and Sennheiser are professional looking and have quality features.
Bose is more comfy but the 550s are light enough with the ergonomics to be very comfy too (237grams (8oz) The cups are 👂 ear-shaped and the band rests closer to the back of my head. I like that. I have big ears.

The Sennheisers have a feature that activates the mics to let you hear everything around you. Or you can lift the right ear cup and it pauses the music and resumes when placed back. But this can get triggered if you lie down and roll over. So I keep it off since tapping the cup pauses it anyway.
Audio quality is really good on the 550s. The app lets you tweak which I like.
The phone call quality is what sold me. It is super clear, drowns out the background enough so it doesn’t sound like your talking with earplugs in, like some ear buds do.

They also “feel” premium with some metal parts, like I could squish them in my bag without destroying them. The Bose felt flimsy and plasticy. They both fold nicely and have a case.
Noise canceling is adequate with the Sennheisers. They do as much as I need but with music off I can hear plenty around me but I feel like I’m in my own bubble. The Bose, holy crap, I could hardly hear my fingers snapping.
If you really need noise canceling get the Bose but if you listen to music want to drown out the distracting noise and need to make phone calls, get the Sennheisers.

senheiser is a standard for musicians and bose is more for home use and people with money who has no idea what theyre buying is old technology

Love the setup and your energy. Now just try to remove or improve those first title cards. Look a tiby but cheap compared to the rest of the video making it hard to take it seriously. Watch some tutorials and I’m sure It will improve!

The base in bose is better than the sennheiser but the sound more clair in senn than the bose .
