Oxtail Rice and Peas Egg rolls

This was an idea that I thought of while taking a nap (Professional fatass here!). I’ve tried boudin in an egg roll before and loved it. I thought, what if I add oxtail (juicy, tender meat) with rice and peas (creamy, semisweet rice) with some cheese? And the result was straight money— a delicious combination that I was very confident in working and glad that I did it. With oxtails being expensive, I think I might sell 5 for $15 🤣.
