For the people asking why the judge didn't acknowledge the wife claiming him beating her up
1) For domestic violence, She should first file a report for it near the place where couple is living not at any random station( Filing at random place will reduce credibility). There will be a separate hearing can't combine it with maintenance claim.
2) In most of the cases judges try to save the marriage by any means even scolding the parties.
3) Judges see cases like these daily and i can 100% say that they know who is lying.
