Medication and therapy are inefficient. I've been in therapy for a dozen years now, they do NOT help. The medicine is somewhat effective, but it can never truly fix what's broken.

What you need to do to feel better is draw your friends in closer and hang out with them more often. I made a discord server for me and my close friends and family, and it has been more effective in 3 days than therapy has in 12 years! If you only have one friend, then start trying to make friends with HIS friends!

Depression is a disease not dissimilar to cancer in it's difficulty to treat by scientific medication or therapy because it isn't a matter of logic, body or mind. It's the symptoms caused by a wounded soul.
