Ma'am according to diagram at 9:30 first electrons pass through PS2 then PS1 and then ATP is made but at 10:01 the Z diagram it shows that ATP is made after PS2 and then electrons are moved to PS1.
How?
According to the diagram at 9:30 the order is something else and the diagram at 10:01 order is something else. Kindly clear the confusion and love the way of your teaching!

Hi, I got a question

Before chemiosmosis, the H+ ions move from the stroma to the thylakoid, but how do the H+ ions exist in the stroma? Where do the H+ ions come from? Photolysis happens in the thylakoid so technically H+ ions will be in the thylakoid, not the stroma.

Just one question: If the hydrogen that combines with NADP to reduce it can only come from the photolysis of water, what happens to all the other H+ ions that get pumped across the membrane? Where do they come from and where do they go?

The book says photophosphorylation can either be cyclic or non cyclic but what if only cyclic occurs?? What will happen?
Will it be able to perform light independent stage??

Hi Ms, in the syllabus (13.1.12), it says that Glycerate 3-phosphate can be used to produce some amino acids. 
How does this work?

just would like to say that if you add the info that adding ammonium ions to TP makes amino acids form would be nice to add as I didn’t find it in the ppt & there’s a question or two about it so helps to know.

From where the H ions come from initially that are transported during chemiosmosis? I mean in aerobic respiration's oxidative phosphorylation we know that H ions come from splitting of Hydrogen that comes from dehydrogenation of NADH and FADH so what about photosynthesis?
