Hello Mrs. Sharon And Family 😊. Thanks for sharing.Your delicious carrot, date and pecan medley. I'm keeping this recipe . Will make it soon . When I get fresh carrots and dates . I fix some cut up sweet potatoes . In a baking dish in the oven . Twenty minutes before they were done . I took them out . I sprinkled brown sugar cinnamon . Poured melted butter over the top . And sprinkled some trail mix on top . Put them back in the oven . There was no left over sweet potatoes . I bet your recipe would be good for sweet potatoes also .l Apologize in advance for the long text . The Lord Bless You And Family ❤️.
