No one’s life is perfect all the way through. For all of the amazing things Paul Newman accomplished in his life and his career, he still had two big regrets that he wished he could change. Surprisingly, they weren’t winning more Oscars or excelling further in his career – his regrets had to do with his family. Newman's illustrious career extended from 1953 until 2007. As a celebrated actor, he clinched the prestigious Oscar for Best Actor in a Leading Role for his outstanding performance in The Color of Money (1986), adding to his array of nominations throughout the years. Newman married twice. His initial union with Jacqueline Witte endured from 1949 to 1958, resulting in the birth of three children, including Newman's sole son. His second marriage, to Joanne Woodward, commenced immediately after his divorce from Witte and persisted until his passing in 2008. Newman and Woodward had three daughters together, making Newman the father of six in total. In 1982, Newman initiated the Newman's Own Foundation, an entity dedicated to selling food products and channeling all proceeds directly to charitable causes. Over the years, the foundation has made an astounding contribution, with donations totaling $570 million.

My favorite actor and was a good friend of our family. Back in the CART racing days with Newman and Haas. He is deeply missed. I pray JoAnn is doing as well as she can be. She's not well. Always admired their marriage. Thank you.😊

Ya, that would be a painful one. Not nurturing your child and then losing them, in part, because you failed them would sting.
Too late is really too late !
That one echoes out through the years !

They took over his food charity for good and all, it's not as clean how the labels on the jars indicate.
I remember he was colur blind like myself, oh what a terrible pain that was growing up.
