I have a 350z that recently started started a muffled knocking from under the car but only while idling or low rpm. The other day it blew out a cloud of white smoke from the exhaust while accelerating onto the freeway, but no smoke since. What can I start looking at?

I got a Honda City GD8. On a cold start, I'm not getting any noises until I drive about 2 - 3 Km. After, I get a knocking sound only when going at a constant speed (1500 RPM).
The sound would go when accelerating or decelerating the car. Btw it's also losing engine oil about 1 litre per 450 km. Any ideas? Some people say I should swap the engine

I've had an Engine knocking on my Isuzu CYH Twin Steer truck. But it's funny it all might have started from a simple clutch adjustment problem, then went to broken oil seal, then went to knock the engine despite my effort of maintaining the oil level up trying to run a few miles until my destination.
Is there any relationship in between the clutch adjustment to oil seal being broken then to the engine knock that might be related to the knock one to another please?

I've got (I think) knocking on my 2010 Rav4, but only between 1500-2000 rpm and under load. Above or below it's completely absent - to my untrained ears. Would damage like what you've shown here display this type of behavior or would knocking occur at all rpms?
