Rx7 hot start issues

Compression read good recently (100+ on all rotors)
Changed the plugs, plug wires, some vacuum lines, some broken solenoids and fuel filter.
After putting it back together it ran really well a lot better than it did. Hot start wasn’t a problem either, so I thought I fixed it.

But last night ran into hot start issues a lot again. And if and when it started it fired up really rough like this for less than a minute and it seemed to clear up and run okay again.

Very strange??

I changed to a larger fuel pump, solenoids, vacuumed lines and now have a similar hot start issue. I am wondering it in my case the injectors are leaking and the higher flowing pump means that it is dumping a little more fuel after I shut car down leading to a minor flooding issue on start up. Never an issue on cold start.

I found that my cas was not pulling a signal when hot. I ended up running a dedicated battery cable from the battery positive straight to the driver side fuse box in engine bay. That did it.
