Thank you Mohit Sir for defining VOC/VOB in simplified way. That's true, "Well begun is half done". It's critical for any project to align VOC with VOB or vice-versa to achieve common objective of Business and Customer.

Nice video sir, I am having two question here, first one is, can you explain about VOP & VOE inline with VOB/VOC....secound one is...is it mandatory to have VOB and VOC...in many cases we are not able to identify VOC for many issue...kindly guide in these aspects

Hi Sir, I have a question based on a real process, in the banking hard-core loan collection process, if two metrics are down 1st Pay collection is below the desired target, 2nd process quality is also unable to achieve. In this scenario, being as a Quality Manager, which metric should I focus on Collection or Quality Score? Whereas, the collection is being handled by Operations and the client is also focusing on payment collection day by day.

As a Quality Manager, how can I use this tool effectively to improve the process, which metric should I work up on first? 1st supporting to Ops team for better collection, 2nd improve agent quality.
