Scaramouche has some lines that refer to his high pain tolerance like when he takes a heavy hit he says “I’m used to it” which probably refers to the tolerance he built up from dottores experiments

I personally don't like Il Dottore as a character in terms of personality — okay, that's a bold face lie. You all are weak.
I LOVE that we have a REAL EVIL dude who has no redeeming qualities. That guy is LITERALLY the epitome of 'Show, don't tell' because we've been told AND shown how fucked up he is.

I like myself a good evil character, and Il Dottore is a fantastic one.
