What a helpful video. Thanks so much for making it with such care. I don't have this brand but I just bought one just like this (minus the dolly and wheels) to use in my motorhome. I have a washer/dryer hookup in a double-door utility closet and I am having a tough time getting it attached to the standard spigot they have installed there.

At least watching this video, I can understand how the pieces work to attach it to the kitchen faucet so I can at least do that for now. I bought a compact electric dryer too so I'm psyched to get washing ! I just wish I could figure out how to attach it to the water spigot in the closet and begin using it in its rightful place.

I just bought this machine, did the first washing. OMG. It's wonderful. The reason I chose this Helohome machine is because after I heard from other some machine brand that makes a lot noise. And this Helohome I did not hear from people complaining if it's noisy. Or maybe the other machines the user did not set up properly on the floor and made unexpected noise. However is hesitating to buy. BUY IT ASAP! Why I did not buy this for me many years ago. Shame on me. A lot so stressed using the laundry in the bldg, too much hassle, money, time wasting and encountering jerk man neighbor harassing me whenever I leave my apt. Not anymore. For the future buyers, make sure you really remove the foam underneath the machine, do not use it as a stand, not even temporarily for the first washing.

I have a comfee and I absolutely love it. I actually have washer hook ups and that makes it very convenient. The spin cycle is beyond awesome, it usually shortens the dryer time significantly and you can spin as much as you prefer. Don't doubt the job that this little machine can do, I believe it's better than many others.

I've been using a Panda PAN6360W for a little over a year now and I have to say that I don't really miss using a full-size washer in the least. In fact I used to have a Speed Queen top loader full-size washer and my Panda actually washes clothes much better as long as you don't fill it more than 3/4 of the way full with dry clothes. These little washers also do save on overall electricity but they don't really save on water that much since you have to wash smaller loads.

Regardless, it is actually because of your review of your used Magic Chef portable washer dryer combo a few years back that convinced me to get the Panda when my Speed Queen died on me so I do want to thank you for that. It's also good to see you back doing your product reviews. I hope you and your family continue to thrive despite the condition of our nation and the world at large.

One thing I've learned on another review though, is that it MIGHT be better to purchase, if available, from Walmart. With Amazon it can cost a LOT to send it back if damaged. I've done some checking and a store like Walmart can be a bit more costly upfront, but if something is wrong often times you can just take it straight back to walmart. I was reading a review on Scamazon that said when hers broke it cost over 100$ to send the machine back...

I love this channel!! This is the exact washer that I have and love it. I've used the washer 5 or 6 times but can anyone help??? There was a magnet attached somewhere in the top door area that detached and fell way down inside. It is necessary to trigger the machine to know that the top door is closed. Since I have no magnet, the washer won't run even when the door is lowered because it doesn't recognize the door as closed. Does anyone know where the magnet goes if I purchase a new rectangular magnet? I just can't figure out where it was glued before it detached. Thank you!

Could you recommend which portable washer you think we should get? I've watched your amazing videos and now I can't decide. But I want to pull the trigger on this!! I'm not too worried about the $ because they all are in my budget but I want to make a good investment. I need a fairly quiet (but good) washer. I'd like to get something which fit a good amount of clothes when 3/4 full. Please help! I'll most likely attach it to the shower head...The bathroom is where I have more space. I don't plan on moving it around.

You have wonderful family. Children grow up way too fast - which brings me to a mini washing machine. As an empty nester looing for a new machine, I do not need large load capability. My questions - did this machine have a plastic type smell when you open the lid....and did the motor smell like a car engine. Thank you.
