Excel How to Print Column and Row Headers

Repeat specific rows or columns on every printed page

1. Select the worksheet that you want to print
2. Go to Page Layout menu
3. Click Print Titles, under Page Setup group
4. On the Sheet tab, under Print titles, do one or both of the following.

4.1 To repeat row headers only:
In the Rows to repeat at top, click the Collapse Popup window button at the right end of the field then select the row/s that you want to repeat

4.2 To repeat column headers only:
In the Columns to repeat at left, click the Collapse Popup window button at the right end of the field then select the column/s that you want to repeat

4.3 To repeat row and column headers, apply step 4.1 and 4.2.
