For use WAMP from out(from internet or other computer) you must change "Require local" to "Require all granted" in file
\httpd-vhosts.conf . And in httpd.conf

I really love this one. The line isn't even in the file. Ctrl+F can't find it, going line by line can't find it, cause it's not there. Why do you make this stuff up? And why does everyone say oh, "it's so great" the line isn't in the file. Brilliant.
