Every time I watch one of Eric's videos, I am so taken by how honest and insightful they are. Then I get intellectually angry, but not at Eric. I am angry because this kind of smart and lucid explanation of what is happening in Armenia, is what I have been craving for two decades. Yes, we have newspapers, columnists, social media, tv stations...AND...even Civilnet. But, I am sorry; all those sources of information fell way short in explaining what was going on. I think of all the resources Civilnet has had over the years and how 99% of what it produced was, in the end, meaningless, confusing, and part of the problem. I am so, so sad for Armenians, everywhere. So. So. Sad.

The process is important as you mentioned, but if the process is manipulated what then? Like it was done in the last U.S. elections, BIG time corruption unprecedented in U.S. history, done by the Democratic party. If the roles were to be switched U.S would have experienced a whole sale distruction...

Well to be honest. The old regime, Serzh and Kocharyan, lower the quality of the discourse, and Nikol follows them there. Nikol didn't just offer his son in return for our PoWs out of the blue. It was Serzh that challenged him to it, and he said "well I am more than ready to do it". The problem with Armenian politics is, that if a ridiculous accusation or topic is hurled by party A towards party B isn't challenged by the said party, the press and then the society start saying things like "well that means party A was right, why isn't party B responding". It's awful, but that is our unfortunate reality.
