Many customers ask us about a liftgate, whether they need it or not. Here is a demonstration of the liftgate in use. As you can see, the liftgate allows the driver to lower pallets from the truck to ground level. The driver can wheel the pallets using a pallet jack.

With a pallet stacked like that
The correct way to do it is by going straight out with the front wheel hanging off the lift gate. It might seem scary but the pallet jack is designed to do it’s thing once the wheel hangs. I actually leave it pumped up so when the lift gate touches the ground the pallet jack starts to roll on its own. Saves you some pulling power

The pallet has a big chance of tipping over depending on the weight.

You need to lower that jack or youll end up rolling the pallet off
