A outline is a line drawn around an element, outside the border (if there is border).
An outline is a line that is drawn around elements, OUTSIDE the borders, to make the element "stand out".

It can be done by using the properties border-bottom-color, border-top-color, border-right-color, and border-left-color. The border-color property cannot be used alone. It must be used with other border properties like "border-style" property to set the border; otherwise, it will not work.

•Border image source:Sets the source image used to create an element border image.

•Border image slice: Divides the image specified by border image source into regions which form the components of an element's border image.
