Показать описание
As we move on to the sixth week of the Platonic Dialogues Group Reading Challenge, we consider the Sophist, a very strange dialogue in which Socrates is present but does not participate. Instead, the mysterious Eleatic Stranger debates Socrates' student Theaetetus over how the sophist, philosopher, and statesman differ, and more specifically whether Sophistry is any real Techne.
