I understand the push to ban online animal cruelty videos, but it's a bad idea. It's already happened for one, but if someone is asked what animal cruelty is, you won't be able to point at the videos as evidence.

It is amazing to me that this happens time after time to large sophisticated organisations with in-house lawyers and large HR departments, and the media never bothers to find out why. It's because of a land mine placed in the Fair Work Act by the Rudd government.
