I was fortunate to see them twice in the early days. Once with the original line up of Jim and Dave and about 10 months later with Scott and Mike in 1974. Both shows at a medium sized club in New Jersey called Joint In The Woods. (KISS played there that same year.) I also did two shows at BB Kings in NYC back in 2005. They were incredible in both eras.

Nice Rickenbacker that Wally is playing. This concert was at the House of Blues in Los Angeles in 2007. Outstanding and a tight band!

I agree with aeiane01. Some groups like the Raspberries didn't get the attention they deserved. It was a very bouffant time in music. So much talent. So many great groups. We were kind of overwhelmed with it all.

Best rendition of "Needled & Pins" I've heard. Loved the song for years. I figured the Byrds or Tom Petty's version was OK, BUT "The Raspberries" just knocked it out of the park!!! :) Dynamite!

Kudos to that man sonny bono-- played the dummy for the sake of Cher's career- but NO dummy cowrote one of the all time greatest pop/rock/snap! songs of all time. Ypou know a song is historic when the band member are singing it to themselves!! aka check the bass player!!
