Crazy timing on this video for me. I am currently 13 months into my new business a garage door repair and installation service. This week was the first week I did not have to go on one job. My only responsibility was to make sure my three technicians had everything they needed. From materials, gas, new tires, tablets, phones, schedules, card readers, and any specialized tools. My first year with one other employee we did $594, 000 in revenue. During that time I ran around solving problems for my clients. Now I am so excited to say I run around solving problems for my technicians so they can run around and solve all my clients problems. Now we are on pace to do 1.8 million in our second year.
