Ingredients
1 Cup Luke warm water
2 Tsp yeast
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Cups AP flour
1 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp powder milk
1/2 Tsp salt

Cook for 15 minutes on low heat then flip and cook for 6 minutes more

This is my second recipe on pan bread I'm trying, and I must say, this one had my bread perfect, with great thickness. It won't let me post a pic, but I'm very happy and proud of it. You used powdered milk, which I didn't have, so I used condensed milk instead. Perfection. Thank you for sharing your knowledge ❤.

Ash, Thank you for this recipe.It was perfect and my one addition was 1/2 cup of grated coconut.It was a little darker than yours because I was using a gas stove.I will add parchment to the pan for my next effort.It was delicious with butter, cheese and a cup of tea.😋
