Wow! For the first time, I am getting to experience closely the service process and quality of Hyundai Cars. My Hyundai Creta 2018 Petrol SX+ Silver car has now completed 3.5 years with me and has done 90000 Kms. The experience with this compact SUV has been great so far.

I have done several services of my Hyundai Creta so far, however this one was the most efficient service because I got to closely watch the work being done, and I could decide what components to replace and what to skip. Hyundai's Service quality is premium and experience is good, but the cost can be high and it is good to stay at the service centre for your car's service to save cost.

This can b done outside the service Centre, with Synthetic oil & got just 3000 rs.
Service centre has charged double the amount

Those alloys were looking literally great you should also install them in your creta

I also bought my creta from ketan hyundai and they never allowed me inside the service centre for seeing my car serviced ☹️

Regarding the 2019 Elite i20 Sportz Plus CVT service.
Engine type: petrol engine with a kappa VTVT and a displacement of 1197 cc.
Two services have already been completed. 16, 254 kilometers at the moment. The 3rd service is now limited to 20, 000 kilometers. However, he claimed that the authorized dealer needed to service your car. I informed him that it has not yet traveled 20, 000 kilometers. I'll take it to the service facility when it reaches 20, 000 kilometers.
Could you kindly advise me as to whether the aforementioned is accurate on my end or a licensed dealer?
