Mansoor Masood khan was CEO of United Bank Limited UK . They shifted to kuwait for his father job then they again went back to karachi then his father, himself and his brother went UK for studies then again comeback Pakistan and played under 16. He is good player .

It's a misguided comparison to judge someone's competence in cricket based on their language skills. For example, instead of focusing on Inzamam's language abilities, one should consider his impressive stats. He was an outstanding player and later an excellent captain with a strong record. The focus should be on mindset and performance, not language proficiency. Shan may be an average player who could turn out to be a good captain, even with moderate stats, but comparing him to Inzi solely on the basis of language is unfair.

Great content, he is mentally strong, but technically pretty average.

He needs to consult some big names and put more time and efforts to his batting. Bangladesh series was a great chance to improve his average and records, but he struggled a lot.

There are many batsmen, who were not gifted but improved after coming in the team. Shan can do that.

The biggest problem with Shan Masood is his form…when it comes to Pakistan his form deserts him….finds so many soft way to get out…he looks ok for 15-20 runs and gets out …usually caught at slip with no feet movement….how difficult is this to resolve….having played cricket for 40 years batting at 3 i found you are always looking to correct weaknesses and develop strokes …it is always evolving…..not difficult ….WHY CANT HE RESILVE THIS WEAKNESS……UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED YOU CANT LEAD A TEAM LIKE PAKISTAN …PITY AS I THINK HE HAS OTHER ATTRIBUTES
