Irrespective how she was born, my wife and I would have loved and adored her. I cannot fathom how anyone could do this but statistics say otherwise. I am 67 and this story broke my heart and brought tears. We have three children, 40 year old twins and our youngest is 36. They were all born perfect and we have three beautiful grandchildren.

My oldest daughter, who is now almost 50, was born while I was deployed, in 1972. I kept waiting for a photo of her and finally got one from my wife, when my daughter was six weeks old, beautiful and precious! When I got home, I asked my wife why she waited so long to send me a photo. She said that the doctor had taken a photo, for her to send me, moments after our daughter was born, but she was afraid to send it because she was afraid I may not come home, our daughter was so horribly ugly, swollen, and barely looked human, lol! Since then, after three more daughters and 12 grandkids born, I have to say, when babies are 1st born, are ugly, but turn beautiful in a day or two. Every Baby is a Gift from our Heavenly Father!
