Trying Polaroid's newest film! | Reclaimed Green Edition | Polaroid OneStep Closeup

I got an email from Brooklyn Film camera that said Polaroid came out with another reclaimed edition and this time it was green! Although I wasn’t as excited as when the reclaimed blue came out - I still had to grab a box because…I just had to. Polaroid is where I started with my recent film journey, so it’s only right that I try the new films when they come out.

I like the reclaimed series. I don’t shoot Polaroid as much as I used to - so I don’t know how fast it’s been developing lately - but the reclaimed blue developed really fast as well as the reclaimed green.

I went out on a limb and shot with my Polaroid OneStep Closeup, which has been through years of trial and error. Fortunately it worked out correctly for me throughout the entire 8 photos. Only one photo had a light leak. It’s a really reliable camera and I got it for only 5 dollars at the thrift store.

Another thing I like about the reclaimed series - it comes in 600 so you can use it with the old cams. I really have no complaints about this film. If I had to choose between this and the blue, I’d choose the blue though.

It was good getting the 600 out again though. Hopefully Polaroid keeps coming with the new new so we can keep creating!
