Y’all think this is wild, but this is almost the exact situation my husband and I found ourselves in. Our kids’ biological mother wanted to continue receiving child support when the kids were placed with us so that she could feed them during visits and buy them gifts and stuff. Unbelievable as it is, there are people this stupid in the world.

You address the judge as Your honor, not Your judge.
Child support is for the support of children, not their parents.
It's not a good idea to get high before coming to court.
