Last weekend at the World Young Horse Championships in Dressage there was also a Grand Prix dressage class. The judges were hot to trot on the bell to ring riders out and here is one example of that elmination.

I am sure someone in our fan base knows the whole situation but I was not able to pin down a reason for elmination on any media outlet.

So.... The question of the day is, Why did this dressage rider get elminated from the Grand Prix dressage test in Ermelo?

It looks like the horse is lame behind, which becomes quite obvious in the extended trot. I'm not a vet, but I would guess hock pain on the left, that's the one I can see.

Definitely lame behind. My eyesight is not good enough to tell if he was bleeding from the mouth, as per other people's guesses.

Mouth bleeding, but nobody every mentions in media how that horse was obviously lame as well.

Well i can't see the blood. Usually the judge comes out with a tissue. Surely it was because of the lameness?

The lameness behind is called “ hitching “ some vets ignore it and blame it on rein lameness. So rider creating it 🤔

The rider always pretends to be confused as if they had no idea their horse has been visibly limping. Grand Prix rider my ass

It looks like it's lame. The way the front legs move so out also doesn't look like it's healthy.

00:21 You can clearly see the reason for the elimination here

The horse looks sore all round...the lameness and the blood on its mouth are obvious reasons for elimination....
