I really appreciate your clarity on the newness of Liquid Brun to your collection. Your honesty about how these perfumes behave is exceptionally helpful. I haven't smelled art of nature 2 but i have smelled Altair and i had the bottle of liquid brun for almost a month.

I didn't like that sharpness when I received it either. It smelled too sharp and too masculine. But as it sat in my closet for a few weeks, it definitely has changed, calmed down, and became much more blended. Instead on being sharp, now its just a very happy perfume! I don't think I've ever used that to describe a perfume but it is what it is! 😅
Liquid brun after 1 month maceration smells like happy balsamic labdanum vanilla to me.

Hi Cee! I have a decant of Althaïr and Liquid Brun and Art of Nature 2. I think Liquid Brun might be a tad closer to the OG, but I prefer AoN 2. Slightly more feminine leaning perhaps? More vanilla? And, just as you said, the opening doesn't take 45 minutes to work through and the dry down is just gorgeous...😊.

Thanks for the review.. Been waiting for the comparison. I have Liquid Brun and it smells so good I love it. My husband and my son love it too. It's my favourite perfume for my husband atm. Performance is good too, quite long lasting. I also heard the Lattafa one is slightly more feminine so I think I'll try it
