FASTER way to color grade with LUTS in PREMIERE PRO!

I love using Premiere Pro to edit and color grade my videos, but browsing through LUTs isn't the most efficient and can be very time consuming. The good news is that there's a way to install LUTs directly within Premiere Pro so that they appear in the dropdown menu in the Lumetri panel! And all you have to do is simply copy and paste your LUTs into the directories below:

MacOS:
/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/LUTs/

Windows:
C:/Program Files/Adobe/Common/LUTs
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018\Lumetri\LUTs\Creative

anyone know how I remove the LUTs from the Creative folder in Lumetri? I have alot of LUT files and some aren't that nice and would like to get rid, just deleting them from the folder doesn't actually get rid of them in Premiere Pro, it seems to cling on to the files and still exists in the drop down menu
