Body odor hack....use a lemon under armpits once a week five minutes before a shower. .just use the whole lemon or lime to rub ur pits... Odor less... Especially if u use aluminum based deodorant...it helps to reopen up ur pores that those deodorant closes ... But non the less... odor less.x

I just saw a YT video about elderly smell and the lady said she used BARBASOL shave cream after washing her mom- in the cracks and creases and butt area- she said there was no smell after. GAME CHANGER!!! cause ladies... Some times we don't all want that perfumey smell especially if you sweat later on.

I use period cups or period disc with period underwear for mine as pads and tampons are toxic unless it's 💯 certified cotton .... I do have pads to use up and tampons but I hardly use them so lol
