I agree. Listened to it. It wasn't bad. It was listenable. It's fun. Nothing revolutionary. I feel like she was trying to make a "Confessions on the dance floor" Madonna type of comeback, but failed failed failed 143 times.

There's some PR campaign going on across YouTube. I see nonsensical reviews pretending this album is iconic, along with many comments claiming it's awesome, but the Metacritic score is already 35, based on 9 critic reviews including Rolling Stone, NME, The Guardian, Variety, and The Independent.

Katy said before even release of woman's world that she gonna release a funny and dancy album not serious not deep, she meant to make an album with these silly lyrics, for like people to just enjoy make TikTok with these song ....she said multiple times that the album is gonna be like that so why people are so surprised...

I think people are overthinking and over hating, I enjoy the album. Watched her Rock in Rio performance last night and she has to many hits and bangers to deny. The new songs mix in well with her catalog- the show looked so fun!

I agree that it is a mediocre album. It’s not super cringe, and I think some of the songs she has released as repeated singles are not as good as some of the other songs on the album. But it’s not horrible and I understand what she is trying to do to some extent.

The thing is: I absolutely LOVE repetitive, electronic beats that reminds me of 2010 style and this album absolutely serves this for me. My favorite Katy Perry Album BY FAR. Artificial, Gorgeous, Gimme Gimme and I'm his, he's mine are absolute Bangers. I was extremely dissapointed by Chromatica for example. Yes, it had nice moments, but overall this is not "Gaga". I want artists to be slutty and songs to make me feel like a robotic whore. Miley, Selena, Rihanna, Gaga... they all were like that in the past and now they are boring AF to me. SO SAD. So I am glad that Charli XCX, Katy Perry, Kim Petras and Kylie Minogue are serving albums in this style the last few years.

The album is just ok I can listen to it while doing the dishes. I had high hopes for this album but I was disappointed I really wanted a Katy Perry comeback like teenage dream…the songs I like are Crush, Lifetimes, Artificial but Im not obsessed with them
