Did you ever wonder what one does with a non-buildable lot, here in Marathon FL?
Individuals can donate 1 vacant, legally platted lot or min. 1 acre of unplatted land w/in a conversation area or (CARL) area for two points with a maximum donation of two lots, for a total of 4 points, to The City of Marathon BPAS for residential development on their buildable lot.
These extra points speed up the allocation process.
Hopefully my clients will receive their allocation so they may build their dream home. Grateful to be apart of their process.
Sold for $42,000; $21,000 per lot.
