You can be social and outgoing while being introverted. It just means you need alone time to recharge your mind and body. You cant change that about yourself, and it doesn't mean you cant be successful. What you can change is if you are shy and reserved. Being an introvert can you be going to a networkung party and afterwards going home and spending time on your own, writing out what you learned. Things like that. This world needs both extroverts and introverts.

who do you observe more...successful people you know in person, or those you know online? if those you know online, how can you do it without being around them enough time? I'm sure there's a lot more they do behind the scenes that help them succeed.
