A quick guide of how to enable the throttle accelerator for the new ENGWE ENGINE X eBike.

Looking like the ENGWE ENGINE PRO, the new ENGINE X model has a very smart trick. You are aware that bikes sold in the EU "should" have 250W power and to only work in assisted mode (no throttle). Well we also know that 250W is slow, weak and we also like accelerators when we are on "private roads". So ENGWE solved this, they made the X mode that comes with just "250W" power and a non-working throttle. With a bit of "magic" you can change the controller settings and the bike will ramp up to ~1000W top power, while the accelerator would be enabled! So you can now have a bike for both words, EU compliant and of course FUN compliant. Thank you i was going nuts i just bought the enguie m20 and its a newer version has an assisted start, comes with a proper uk plug now lol etc for a while i thought they had made it peddle assist only to comply better with UK laws 🤬

When trying, the display is not blinking "22" but "25" - do you know what to do there?

I have an engwe l20se got the same display. Wondering if you know this display if faulty as I charged my battery fully but it only shows one green bar, when using my bike the battery meter flashes telling me no more charge! The bike keeps working on throttle and pedal assist. Please help with your thoughts

how do you enable the speed limiter on ep 2 pro eu version . beacause i made it to drive 50 but how do i turn it back?
