My specific issue is that Instagram stories used to pull the time stamp from a video taken previously. Now, if I take a video (on camera app, not on IG yet) at 5am, on a hike, but have no service, with the intention of posting it later at say 9am, then the time sticker when I post at 9 am will read the current time ( 9am ) instead of 5am, the time stamp of the vidoe. Not a huge deal, I guess I'll just have to type in my own time. But it's a nice feature that was removed for some reason.

Guys you have to take a picture of something and then you will get an option for time when the photo was taken
