Spread them out with the base of the bowl
Go to the cafeteria and get a straw
Pick them up by sucking with a straw
Enjoy your massive headstart, your time only starts when you accidentally touch one

I reckon I'd have kept the gloves off, quickly put one green skittle inside one glove, put as many as I can in the other glove, then 5 seconds before the buzzer tip them both upside down into the bowl.

I have successfully separated the green skittles into the smaller bowl using a pair of goalkeepers gloves.
