I am having agaro 38l otg. Does the rod become red when the temperature is 150 or 180, when both top and bottom heating mode is selected

I have agaro model but everytime i bake the cake burns from bottom side why it is happening ? N the top rod is not lighting red.. ? Is agaro otg is not good ?

Agar dono rods ko hi on rakhhu to keya dono hi rods lal ho jate hai?

Otg me pizza banane k liye, already bna hua pizza base use karte hai ya fresh base ke sath bhi ban jata hai?
And appe or idli bhi ban jate hai kya ?
