RPCS3 - Unlocking your games' framerate to 60 FPS or beyond

With recent findings from our developer Eladash, he discovered that Vblank allows you to change a game's frame rate, so he added a setting which allows the user to change it. It is located in the advanced tab in emulator settings. You can dynamically change vblank and clock scale while your game is running, to achieve your desired frame rate. Do note that not every game works with vblank settings and might need game specific patches to unlock frame rate.

It's crazy that PS5 wouldn't have backwards compatibility to even run ps3 games, let alone at enhanced resolution and framerates. And here we are, preserving these games on the PC and they run better than the original versions❤

I remember when games got a lot texture errors and like 1 to 4 fps back in test emu stage...
For real, congratulations to every single persons managed to do this really really hard work for simple people!

Amazing work as always. Too many PS3 games had stilted 30fps performance due to the aging hardware, this emulator is fixing that. At this pace we might get games like The Last of Us running at 4k 60+fps which you can't say about the PlayStation 4 pro even.
