SECRET HIKING TRAIL UP VICTORIA PEAK HONG KONG

The path less traveled is where travel adventure begins. If you’re in Hong Kong, find this trail which doesn’t even have a name. We’ll call it the Victoria Peak Dragon Trail.

7 million tourists visit the highest peak above Hong Kong Island, Victoria Peak or locally “The Peak”. However few of them take the Dragon Trail route and you will see why.

Very nice video! Those ropes are really old. I wouldn't encourage people to use them, they could potentially break. People that climb in that area occasionally change them, on their own time and dime. I think you should put in a disclaimer in the movie, if possible, for people to use the ropes at their own risk... There have been an increase in hiking accidents in HK recently.

I may go back to Hong Kong for work, If I have a day off, I go by the track instead of the tram! This track is really great!

I want to try this trail next time I go to Hong Kong. Are the ropes there hanging off the rocks for whoever climbing up the hill? Or do I need to bring my own equipment? Do you suggest I go alone or go in a group? Thanks for the video.

Hi! Was the part about possibly dying just a joke or are there actually parts of this trail that are dangerous? Is it doable for people who are physically fit but don't have rock climbing experience?
