HOMEMADE STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

Simple Cooking Channel Merchandise!!


Ingredients

1 Punnet or 1.5 cups of strawberries
1 Cup of milk
1 Cup of thickened cream
Half a cup of sweetened condensed milk
1 Teaspoon of strawberry essence

Yes use a mixer then put it in the freezer for an hour & then mix it again & put it back in the freezer :D

Yes you can. Just mix it every hour with a mixer & then put it back in the freezer & do that 2-3 times :D

YUM! Home made ice cream is the best! My mom use to make ice cream, but she always made vanilla bean. Not saying it's not good or anything but after a while, I stopped getting excited for home made ice cream because it was the same kind each time. lol

Looks so good. I've never made it with the sweetened condensed milk. I use heavy cream, and have added some mint.

you should have an ice cream special, where you show a good ice cream base, and simply just add different ingredienses like strawberry puré, chocolate, nuts, etc, etc, etc! Or throw in some of your other stuff you make! Like your rainbow pasta :)

Either buy one or follow my steps but put the mixture in the freezer for one hour then take it out & mix with a beater for 2-3 minutes on low then put back into the freezer for 1 hour & repeat :D
