For those who thought that it's staged, it is not.

You can clearly see on 1:03 there're bags inside of the bag, then on 1:06 and so on you can see how each of the judge took a piece of paper from different "compartment" inside the bag. The assistant (wearing AGT staff shirt) just had to open the correct opening each time for each judge.
