little tip: stretching shouldn't be done before working out as it decreases the performance of your muscles and stretching while cold can be lead to injuries too - instead it's best to do some functional warm up exercises or light active stretches while doing the deep stretches after you've worked out and are fully warmed up <3

2:35 if u want to build muscle u need to stretch after!! just do dynamic stretches before working out for about 5 minutes and always run after working out! always stretch after workout and before a run!!! hope tht helps :))

Personally I really think that January is the worst month, because the holidays are over, nothing is happening and we know that nothing is going to happen for a very long time, it's cold, it's dark early, etc 😭 plus it's the middle of the school year aka less motivation than at the beginning... for me there is no contest January is really the worst month
